Has some dust bunnies on it from being stored for a long time. Some pages show some yellowing on the edges but nothing that detracts from enjoying the book for reading. Not pristine.
Good condition. Dust jacket is somewhat stained on the bottom and some damage from wear, and book has some staining on bottom of pages. 508 pages, publication could be either January 1, 1995 OR January 1, 1974. (Mom had this for a LONG time, but I'm not sure HOW long exactly. Either way, it's vintage hardcover, but I'm not selling it for the price some dingdong on the A to Z place is for an acceptable condition copy at $60! Yikes!)
