Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

The shipping service I primarily use is USPS (United States Postal Service). - Trusted third-party printers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform the function of printing, packing, and shipping your drinkware orders. The service I primarily use is Printful. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services and ship your order.

- Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

- DATA RETENTION -

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. At a maximum, I hold this data for legal purposes for a period of four (4) years. I only download your personal data when printing USPS shipping labels direct through Etsy's shipping service in order to print these labels from home, and I promptly delete these files after completing and shipping your order.

- TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF EU -

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

- YOUR RIGHTS -

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Generally. orders are fulfilled within a few days, although large orders may take a little extra time. This is NOT guaranteed, however. Please note that I can ONLY ship to the address on your order, and I am not responsible if your address is incorrect. Shipping is dependent on the print provider, and we only charge you what they charge us.

All orders generally ship within two weeks, faster if possible, depending on how backed up my print providers are.

I do have a couple of print providers located out of China, and while shipping will show for China, any Chinese orders will be cancelled and refunded as I ONLY ship to the USA.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email from Etsy once your order has been shipped. Please note, on some orders, your order may be split into multiple packages if items come from different print provider locations. This is perfectly normal so there's no need to panic. Feel free to ask if you're not sure.

Custom and personalized orders

Sorry, but no, I do not do custom or personalized orders due to the time involved and the potential for problems between you, the customer, and me, the shop.

Where do you ship?

Due to increasingly restrictive laws in countries other than the USA, I ONLY ship to the US at this time. I do have a couple of print providers located out of China, and while shipping will show for China, any Chinese orders will be cancelled and refunded as I ONLY ship to the USA.

What is the cutoff date for Christmas orders?

For ALL Christmas shipping seasons, our order cutoff date for guaranteed delivery by Christmas is NOVEMBER 30TH. This is a hard date cutoff. Any orders received after this date are not guaranteed to reach you in time. Thanks for understanding!

I've got a lot of followers on my social media account(s)? Can you give me free product in exchange for exposure on my social media account(s)?

No. We are not trying to be mean by saying this. It's just how it is. First of all, exposure doesn't pay the bills. Second, we have a specific rule in place to cover this exact situation. 3KitsAndAPibble never has and never will work for ‘exposure’ or use any form of ‘exposure’ as a replacement for payment. No form of negotiation on this will be tolerated. Any continued form of negotiation on this subject, after the customer has been made aware of the preceding two sentences, will result in any order being cancelled and such customers will be placed on our banned customers list, where any future orders will also be cancelled.

My mail goes to a PO Box. Can you ship to it?

Unfortunately, it's not a good idea to use a PO Box for shipping for our products. Some orders are shipped via DHL and they do not deliver to PO Boxes. What you CAN do to have it delivered to the PO Box is get with your post office where the PO Box is located, and get the address from them to have things shipped to. For example, my post office I get mail at my box using the box number XXXX. For example:
